We manufacture and hold
inventory of a range of common hydraulic pressure
tubing in thick wall copper and high strength copper-nickel
alloy.
Copper and copper-nickel alloys
are widely used to make up robust and corrosion resistant
hydraulic and pneumatic pressure lines. One significant
use is for the hydraulic brake lines on vehicles,
especially small production runs on specialist vehicles
and in the aftermarket. These tubes are particularly
suitable for difficult fitting situations because
they are easily manipulated: both to make good leak
proof joints easily and to bend and twist into the
contorted runs required on modern automotive bodies.
Steel based products, which are difficult to manufacture
into suitable leak proof systems without expensive
specialist equipment.
Both materials are suitable
for low pressure fuel lines where they may be fitted
equally easily.
Our products are double checked
for flaws by electronic eddy current test and line
marked for batch identity and your peace of mind.
We sell to primary distributors in large volume and
OEM operations requiring a consistently high quality
product.
We guarantee our copper nickel
tube against corrosion for the life of the vehicle.
(N.B. copper and copper alloys are not generally suitable
for farm vehicles in regular contact with phosphate
and ammoniacal fertilisers.)
