Tube Manipulation
We produce fabricated tubular parts for instrumentation, pressure gauges. sensing probes, antennas and components for associated industries. operations include swaging, flaring, coiling and brazed assemblies. Fininshing operations are also available and include electroplating and chemical blackening.
Thin Wall Tube
Available in Mill quantities or from stock. As with other products, deliveries can be scheduled over an agreed time period if required. Tube is supplied in cut or random straight lengths. outside diameters are produced between 0.2 and 60mm, depeneding on metal or alloy. Wall thickness range from 0.04mm, depending on diameter.
Refractory tubes
For use at high temperatures or in corrosive atmospheres, refactory metal tubes made from molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum, rhenium and their alloys are available.
Capillary Tubing
Available on plastic spools, in coils, in straight and precision cut lengths. Uses include hypodermic needles, micro containers and fibre optics. A wide range of sizes in stainless steel, copper alloys and mild steel is available.
